Carlo came from Puglia, met Jessica in Milano, and brought the family recipes to her hometown. Open since 2012, the restaurant survived a 2019 fire because the community rallied behind it — and reopened with house-made pastas, slow-simmered sauces, a wine and cocktail bar, and a small Italian market stocking imported olive oils, cheeses, and cured meats. Lunch and dinner; takeout and catering too.
