When we put Northridge boys soccer on our Up & Comers list on Oct. 12, the Grizzlies were a team on the rise. A week later, the numbers say they've arrived.
By the Numbers
10–2–1, the best record of any Greeley high school team this fall.
Five straight wins: 1–0 over Loveland, 5–2 over Roosevelt, 1–0 over Severance, 7–0 over Timnath and 3–0 over Greeley Central.
Three straight shutouts. The defense has given up nothing in October's biggest games.
The Tight Ones Matter
Blowouts get attention, but the two 1–0 wins over Loveland and Severance tell you more. Good teams find a way when the chances are scarce, and this one has done it twice.
What's Next
Windsor comes to District 6 Stadium on Thursday, Oct. 22, at 6:30 p.m. It's a real measuring stick before the postseason, and a great night to bring a chair and some noise.
Help Us Tell the Story
We want to know who's driving this. Who's scoring, who's anchoring the back line, and who's the keeper behind three straight clean sheets? If you're part of the program, reach out through the site or the comments. This is a story Greeley should hear.
